I heard this song for the first time on my Kelley Polar Pandora station, and was immediately in love. The super saturated synths, the simple slapback beat, the throaty vocals. This is what I would like to hear at a packed bar with a drink in my hand.It was only after my exposure to 'Hazel' that I was lead to explore what Junior Boys had to offer and found the video for 'Bits and Pieces'. It is neon, it is creepy, it is fun. It is pretty much everything I need it to be.
Sometimes I fear that the 8-bit thing is starting to get tired and then I hear stuff like Junior Boys and I sigh with relief... electropop is here to stay❤
